Product Warranty

All dashcams sold by DashCam King come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty (typically 12 months unless otherwise stated). 
- 
This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 
- 
The warranty does not cover: - 
Physical damage (e.g., drops, accidents). 
- 
Water damage. 
- 
Wear and tear. 
- 
Dashcams not purchased from DashCam King. 
 
- 
Installation Warranty
- 
Professional installations performed by DashCam King are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty. 
- 
This ensures wiring, mounting, and setup are free from defects caused by our installation process. 
- 
This warranty does not apply if: - 
The dashcam was installed by another party. 
- 
Modifications or tampering have been made after installation. 
 
- 
Battery Packs & Accessories
Battery packs and accessories installed by DashCam King are covered under the same 12-month workmanship warranty.
- 
Manufacturer defects for accessories are covered by the supplier’s warranty. 
Warranty Claims
- 
To make a claim, contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue at support@dashcamking.com.au 
- 
We may request photos, a video, or an in-store inspection. 
- 
Where eligible, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the product/service at our discretion.
