Product Warranty
All dashcams sold by Dashcam King are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty (typically 12 months unless otherwise stated).
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage (e.g. drops, accidents, impact)

Water or liquid damage

General wear and tear

Incorrect installation or misuse

Products not purchased from Dashcam King
Installation Warranty
Professional installations performed by Dashcam King are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty.
This covers issues related to:

Wiring
-
Mounting
-
Installation quality
This warranty applies only to defects caused by our installation process.
This warranty does not apply if:

The dashcam was installed by another party
-
Modifications or tampering have occurred after installation

The issue is related to the product itself rather than installation
Battery Packs & Accessories
Battery packs and accessories installed by Dashcam King are covered under the same 12-month workmanship warranty for installation.
Manufacturer defects for accessories are covered under the supplier’s warranty terms.

Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
