Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping (Australia Post): Flat rate $14.95 Australia-wide.

• Express Shipping (Australia Post): Flat rate $23.95. 

• Free Shipping: Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping.

• In-Store Pickup: Free pickup is available from our store. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

• We currently ship within Australia only (no international orders at this time).
   

Delivery Times​

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on your state/region).

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas usually next business day).

• Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
   

Lost or Damaged Packages

• All shipments include tracking.

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@dashcamking.com.au

• Depending on the situation, we will either:

  • Send out a replacement product, or

  • Issue a full refund
