All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Standard Shipping (Australia Post): Flat rate $14.95

• Express Shipping (Australia Post): Flat rate $23.95

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200

• In-Store Pickup: Available from our Epping location (notification will be provided when ready)

We currently ship within Australia only.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions.
Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier (Australia Post).
Dashcam King is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Items
All shipments include tracking.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at
support@dashcamking.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, which may include:

• Replacement of the item, or

• Refund where appropriate

All claims are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
