Returns Eligibility

You may return a product within 30 days of purchase if it is: - 
Unused and in its original packaging, OR

Proven to be faulty or damaged upon arrival.

For change of mind returns, products must be in as-new condition.

Installation and service fees are non-refundable. 
- 
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs — a return label will not be provided. 
Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.

Claims must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
