Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

  • You may return a product within 30 days of purchase if it is:

    • Unused and in its original packaging, OR

    • Proven to be faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Change of Mind

  • For change of mind returns, products must be in as-new condition.

  • Installation and service fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs — a return label will not be provided.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.

  • Claims must be made within 7 business days of delivery.

  • We’ll guide you through the return process.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.
