Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging, or

The product is faulty, damaged, or not as described
All return requests must be approved by our team before the item is sent back.
Change of Mind Returns
For change of mind returns:

Items must be in brand new, unused condition

Original packaging must be intact and undamaged

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Dashcam King does not provide return shipping labels for change of mind returns.
Installation and service fees are non-refundable once completed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution
This may include:

Replacement

Repair (where applicable)

Full or partial refund
All outcomes are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Wait for return approval and instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear
If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, it may be sent back to you at your expense.
