Cancellation Policy

Professional Installation: All installations are performed by qualified technicians to ensure proper setup and safe operation. Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty on installation workmanship. This does not cover dashcam hardware — only the installation service. Customer Responsibility: Dashcams are technology devices and may fail. Customers must check the dashcam is recording before each drive. DashCam King is not responsible for missed recordings or crashes if the dashcam was not functioning. Pricing & Scheduling: Installation prices are based on dashcam type and vehicle complexity. Bookings are confirmed after payment and availability is subject to scheduling. Changes & Cancellations: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
